Heat treatment

A good heat treatment is essential for the production of aluminum profiles. Wheater it is efficiency, accuracy, exact temperature deviation, the Unifour ovens for ageing, die heating, and homogenizing are always operational in the top quality segment.

Our ovens are built according to EN 746-1 and EN 746-2 and are working according to the highest standards like CQI-9 and AMS 2750.

Material handling

A smooth production must rely on a safe and continuous system. From profile stackers to packing stations, we supply all needed handling systems like basket stackers and basket de-stackers, roller- and chain conveyors, automatic cranes, and shuttle systems.

Of course, are all our systems equipped with controlling systems with light curtains, laser measurement, encoders, and proximity switches.

The installation will be designed and built according to European regulations like the Machinery directive (CE) and EN-ISO 12100 Safety of machinery - General principles for design - Risk assessment and risk reduction.
